摘要
档案是机构在各类业务活动中直接产生的且具备保存意义的信息记录，具有真实性、完整性、安全性、长期可利用性等特殊优势，在人工智能时期凸显出转变为高质量数据集的内在潜能。专注档案高质量数据集建立的理论基础问题——档案数据和高质量数据集之间的关联研究，通过探寻二者之间的契合性与差异性，提出档案高质量数据集的概念，并且阐明其意义，进一步为档案数据向高质量数据集的顺利转化奠定坚实基础。

Abstract
As the original records of institutional activities, archival data has distinct advantages like authenticity, integrity, security and long-term usability.In the age of artificial intelligence, it shows intrinsic potential to be turned into high-quality datasets.In this research, it centers on the theoretical underpinnings of building high-quality archival datasets. Particularly, it looks into the congruence and disparities between archival data and high-quality datasets.Based on this examination, the concept of high-quality archival datasets and its importance are put forward, which will facilitate the smooth advancement of the transformation of archival data into high-quality datasets.
