数智时代档案学专业本科生数据素养能力评价指标体系构建研究

摘要

在数智时代背景下，数据素养能力对于档案学专业人才培养的重要性日渐凸显，因此，亟须构建面向档案学专业人才数据素养能力的评价指标体系。本研究以新媒体联盟使用的数据素养框架为基础，综合数据素养评价研究文献成果，聚焦档案学专业特点及档案事业自身发展需求，结合国内档案学专业高校的人才培养目标特征，构建指标体系雏形，并采用德尔菲法和层次分析法对其进行修订与完善，最终形成一个由数据意识、数据知识与技能、数据操控与处理能力、数据应用能力、数据伦理5个一级指标和 14个二级指标组成的评价指标体系，同时指明该评价指标体系的应用路径和 策略。

Abstract

In the era of digital intelligence, the importance of data literacy ability for the cultivation of archival professionals is increasingly prominent. Therefore, it is urgent to build an evaluation index system for the data literacy ability of archival professionals. This study is based on the research on data literacy in the New Media Alliance, and comprehensively evaluates the research literature on data literacy. It focuses on the characteristics of the archival science profession and the development needs of the archival industry itself and takes the talent-cultivating programs of eight representative universities with archival science majors in China as research samples, constructs the prototype of the indicator system by analyzing the characteristics of their training objects, and adopts the Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process to revise and improve it. The final evaluation index system consists of 14 second-level indicators and 5 first-level indicators, which include data awareness, data knowledge and skills, data manipulation ability, data processing and analysis, and data ethics. And the application path and strategy of the evaluation index system are pointed out at the same time.
