摘要
《雷锋日记》作为红色档案资源之一，具备公认的原始性、真实性与可靠性，是推动党史学习、开展爱国教育及资政育人的良好素材。本文基于此提出三方面红色档案育人功能的实现路径，即加强思想层面引领，激活红色档案教育功能；优化资源集成，赋能红色档案教育素材；校内外多方育人，全方位助推红色教育。

Abstract
As one of the red archival resources, Lei Feng's Diary has recognized originality, authenticity, and reliability, and is a good material for promoting the study of history of the CPC, conducting patriotic education, and educating people through political support. Based on this, this article proposes three implementation paths for the educational function of red archives, namely strengthening ideological guidance to activate the educational function of red archives; optimizing resource integration to empowering educational materials in red archives; multifaceted education within and outside the school, comprehensively promoting red education.
