模式与机制：知识工程视点下的档案知识服务研究

摘要

知识工程为知识时代的档案资源开发利用提供了新思路与新技术,而既有档案服务平台为档案知识服务的开展提供了物质基础。本研究以二者间关系及融合机制为基础,探索知识工程视角下档案知识服务的模式与机理。首先,本文采用对比研究方法,在概述档案知识工程研究体系的基础上,选取“理论支持”“政策依据”“技术基础”等十二个项目对档案知识工程、数字档案馆、智慧档案馆及档案知识库的属性特征进行了对比分析。其次,借助理论建模方法梳理了融合视角下档案知识服务的模式及机制,从档案数据治理与共享、软硬件优势互补、资源与服务整合三个方面阐述了档案知识工程与档案服务平台间的融合机制。

Abstract

：The knowledge engineering provides some new methods and techniques for development and utilization of archives resources in knowledge era. The existing archives service platform lays the foundation for the service of archives. Based on the relationship and the integration between the knowledge engineering of archives and archives service platforms, this paper explores the creative mode of archives knowledge service on the perspective of knowledge engineering. In this paper, comparative method is adopted to analyze and compare the characteristics among the knowledge engineering of archives, the digital archives, the smart archives and the archives knowledge base. We select 12 items including the ''theoretical support'', ''policy dependency'', ''technique basis'', etc. Secondly, the mode and mechanism of archives knowledge service on the perspective of fusion has been built. We describe the mechanism from three aspects containing the data governance and sharing of archives, the complementary advantages between hardware and software, and the integration of resources and service.
