面向公共卫生应急管理的档案知识服务研究

摘要
为公共卫生应急管理提供档案知识服务是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化背景下档案工作的重要职责。本文基于公共卫生应急管理特点,结合其档案知识服务需求,分析了当前档案馆为公共卫生应急管理提供档案知识服务的优势与不足。在此基础上,笔者提出了面向公共卫生应急管理的档案知识服务发展对策,包括提高档案知识服务的主动意识、提升档案知识服务的质量和完善档案知识服务的保障建设。
Abstract
：Providing archives knowledge service for public health emergency management is an important responsibility of archives work under the background of promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity. Based on the characteristics of public health emergency management and its demand for archives knowledge service, this paper analyzes the current advantages and disadvantages of archives in providing archives knowledge service for public health emergency management. On this basis, the author puts forward the development countermeasures of archives knowledge service for public health emergency management, including improving the initiative consciousness of archives knowledge service, the quality of archives knowledge service and the guarantee construction of archives knowledge service.
