“档案参与”科学数据监管：缘起、现状与动因

摘要

大数据引发的数据洪流率先在科研领域兴起了科学数据监管的研究浪潮,作为科学数据监管利益相关方之一的档案工作者及档案部门如何应对,成为档案界在大数据时代的重要课题。本文对档案领域参与科学数据监管进行了历史溯源,梳理了国内外档案领域参与科学数据监管的研究进展。在此基础上,从档案领域研究环境的开放、科技工作者渴望档案领域的专业支持、档案行动者行动边界的拓展三个方面分析了“档案参与”科学数据监管的动因,为强化科学数据监管中档案元素的嵌入提供理论依据。

Abstract

：The flood of data caused by big data first set off the research wave of science data curation in the scientific research field. As one of stakeholders of data curation, how archivists and archival agency deal with challenge has become an important topic in the big data era. This paper traces the history of archives' participation in science data curation and summarizes the research progress of archives' participation in science data curation at home and abroad. On this basis, this paper analyzes the motivation of "archives' participation" in science data curation from three aspects: the opening of research environment in archival field, the desire of scientists and technicians for professional support in archival field, and the action boundary expansion of archive actors, which provides a theoretical basis for strengthening the embedding of archival elements in science data curation.
