基于用户交互的数字视频档案资源精准化服务模式构建研究

摘要

视频档案资源因其非结构化、语义特征难以识别等特点目前利用服务效果并不理想。如何为用户提供精准化的数字视频档案服务是当前档案服务工作的一个重点和难点。本文在对我国省市级档案馆网站视频档案服务调查的基础上,从用户交互的视角出发,提出了基于用户交互的数字视频档案资源精准化服务模式,并探讨了该模式的基本内涵、体系框架,进而从视频档案资源建设、交互平台构建、服务推荐系统设计、用户培养等方面探讨了该服务模式构建的具体策略。

Abstract

：Due to the characteristics of unstructured and difficult to identify the semantic features of video archive resources, the current utilization of video archives is not effective. How to provide users with accurate digital video file service is a key and difficult point in the current archives service work. Based on the investigation of video archives service of provincial and municipal archives websites in China, from the perspective of user interaction, this paper puts forward a precise service mode of digital video archives resources based on user interaction, discusses the basic connotation and system framework of the mode, and discusses the specific strategy of the construction of the service mode from the construction of video archives resources, interactive platform construction, service recommendation system design, user training, etc.
