摘要
论文首先就突发公共卫生事件中档案部门的工作开展内容进行了理论阐述,然后采用实证研究方法对31个省（直辖市、自治区）的省级档案部门在新冠疫情防控期间工作开展的具体方式进行分析和梳理。基于此提出了涵盖公共危机全生命周期的突发公共卫生事件中档案部门开展工作的路径。
Abstract
：Firstly, this study explores theories of the archival departments' work implement during public health emergencies. Secondly, this study analyses and combs the working path of 31 provincial archival departments during prevention and control of COVID-19 through empirical research methods. Based on those analysis results, this study proposes the working path of archival departments during public health emergencies which cover the whole public crisis life cycle.
