Abstract

：The achievement of archival work exploration of Suzhou Industrial and Commercial Archives Management Center has aroused great concern in the industry. The“Suzhou Experience”, which is based on the mission and responsibility of archival work and formed by reviewing and selecting archival development countermeasures with the reform and opening-up mentality, has brought profound inspiration to the development of archival work across the country. That is, the scientific guiding ideology provides direction guarantee for the innovative development of archival work, independent development is the key to promote the development of archival work, and the construction of backbone talents provides talent protection for promoting the development of archival work.
