受众选择“3S”理论视域下档案信息轻量化传播分析

摘要

随着在档案领域的深化应用,轻量化传播中重复率高、新鲜度低、用户黏度低等问题逐渐显露,并为档案人所关注。针对这些问题,档案人应增强信息的原创性与新颖度,创新信息的传播方式与传播形式,提升信息的凝练程度,增强信息的趣味性、易读性、可行性、适用性,并注重多媒体匹配度,提高信息服务的质量,提供定制化信息服务,营造出亲密随意的传播氛围,最终提升其传播质量,以便更高效、优质地满足受众的信息需求。

Abstract

：With the deepening application in the field of archives, the problems of high repetition rate, low freshness and low user viscosity in lightweight dissemination are gradually revealed, which are concerned by archivists. In view of these problems, the archivists should enhance the originality and novelty of the information, innovate the mode of dissemination and the transmission form of the innovative information, enhance the conciseness of information, strengthen the interest, readability, feasibility and the applicability of the information, pay attention to the multimedia matching degree, improve the quality of the information service, provide customized information service, create a close and casual communication atmosphere, and finally improve the dissemination quality of the information service, so as to meet the information needs of audiences more efficiently and with high quality.
