摘要

区块链具有数据可信及验证去中心化、过程可追溯、多机构协作机制、高可靠性等特点。从管理数据范围的角度定义电子档案管理应用区块链存储方式,将存储方式分为仅哈希值上链、哈希值和部分元数据上链、全文和全部元数据上链三种类型,对每种类型的技术架构和技术原理进行介绍,并从成本、真实性保障、长期性保障、保密性、适用对象等方面对三种技术方式进行比较,对于推进区块链在电子档案管理中的应用具有重要的意义。

Abstract

At first, the paper introduces the concept of blockchain and analyses the characteristics of credible, decentralization, traceability, cooperation, high reliability that blockchain has. The paper then defines technology patterns to apply blockchain to electronic records management according to data scope that embraces three kinds: to put hash digest on blockchain, to put hash digest and part of metadata on block chain and to put content and all of metadata on block chain. The technology frame and principle of every pattern is discussed. Three technology patterns are compared from cost, authenticity, long-term nature, confidentiality and applicability.
