基于公证保全模式的电子文件法律证据价值维护研究

摘要

单套制管理背景下,实现对电子文件法律证据价值的有效维护意义重大,这直接关系到电子文件管理的效果。基于司法公证保全模式,构建满足强证明力环境的电子文件法律证据价值维护体系,能够有效解决电子文件在单套制环境下的长久安全管理问题。文章从公证保全的可行性入手,设计出一套符合电子证据管理目标且实施便利的电子文件存证及利用方案,以期能为目前电子文件实践工作提供参考。

Abstract

：Under the background of single-set system, it is of great significance to effectively maintain the legal evidence value of electronic records, which is directly related to the effect of electronic records management. Based on the judicial notarization pattern, a mode that can prove the value of legal evidence of electronic records could effectively solve the long-term security management of electronic records under the single-set system environment. Starting from the feasibility of notarization preservation, this thesis designs a set of convenient electronic records storage and utilization solution, which is in order to provide a reference for the current practice of electronic records.
