新疆高校资助经济困难学生档案管理的思考

摘要

家庭经济困难学生的档案工作是大学生档案工作的重要组成部分,家庭经济困难学生档案也是高校开展学生资助工作的重要依据。本文首先界定了经济困难大学生的内涵,明确了经济困难学生档案的内容和保管期限,并对完善经济困难学生档案的依据及对策进行了论述。本文的研究将会在一定程度上有助于完善经济困难学生档案管理机制,对进一步推进和加强财政困难大学生经济援助工作、落实国家补贴政策、维护国家和社会安定和谐具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract

The archive work of students from poor families is an important part for college students archive work,which can provides hints for funded work. The paper firstly gives the definition of university students of finicial difficulties,clarifies the content and retention period of it,and puts forwards strategies. The paper will have impact on improving the archive management mechanism of students from poor families,promoting economic aid work of college students,carrying out the country subsidy policy,and safeguarding national security and social stability.
