私人建档的现状与趋势分析

摘要

本文将私人建档分为“证据导向的私人建档”和“记忆导向的私人建档”,并提出当下私人建档的发展现状可集中表现为：记忆导向的私人建档,包括个人/家庭建档与社群/社区建档,开始不断发展兴盛。这种发展现状预示着档案资源建设正在由“档案权力”（国家化）转向“档案权利”（社会化）,私人建档亦开始越来越朝着“集体化”“自治化”“资源化”的方向发展。这应当被视为档案领域的“社会化大挑战”,需要重大的创新性突破以及多个领域的专业知识共同参与来予以解决。

Abstract

This paper divided private archiving into two types,evidence-based private archiving and memory-based private archiving, and it propose that current situation of private archiving can be summed up as the thriving development of memory-based private archiving, including the personal or family archiving and community archiving, which indicates that the construction of archival resource is moving form“archival power”(nationalization) to“archival right”(socialization) and private archiving is heading to the trends of collectivization, autonomization, resourcelization. All the above can be considered as kind of“Societal Grand Challenge”that requires extraordinary breakthroughs and the engagement of multiple areas of expertise to address.
