面向新型智库建设的档案知识服务工作发展对策研究

摘要

参与新型智库建设是时代赋予档案知识服务工作的新命题,也是档案知识服务工作实现自身价值提升的重要举措。本文在分析新型智库含义的基础上,结合新型智库建设对档案知识服务的要求,剖析了当前档案知识服务工作无法适应我国新型智库建设的现状,最后从档案服务内涵建设、档案资源体系构建、高端人才培养以及服务参与机制选择等方面为档案知识服务工作发展提出了具体建议。

Abstract

Participating in the construction of the new think tanks is a new proposition with which the era endows archives knowledge service, and is also an important measure for archives knowledge service to realize their own value. On the basis of the analysis of the meaning of the new think tank, this paper discusses the requirements of the construction of the new think tank for the archival knowledge service, and analyzes the current situation of archival knowledge service that can not adapt to the construction of the new think tank, and then puts forward some suggestions on the development of archival knowledge service from the following aspects: the connotation construction of archival service, the construction of archival resources system, the training of high-end talents and the choice of service participation mechanism.
