摘要

学习借鉴发达国家的先进经验,对推动我国政府数据开放具有重要意义。以英国、美国、法国等发达国家政府数据开放活动为研究对象,运用文献研究法、比较分析法,总结出发达国家在政府数据开放的体制、机制和制度三个方面的实践经验;据此,提出了推进我国政府数据开放的若干启示性建议。

Abstract

It is very important to promote China’s government data to open by learning from the advanced experience of developed countries. Taking open government data activities in developed countries such as the United Kingdom, the United States and France as research objects, using the literature research method and comparative analysis method, this thesis mainly summarizes the practical experience of developed countries in the structure, mechanism and system of opening government data, and puts forward several suggestions to promote China’s government data to open at last.
