档案虚拟社区用户交互行为研究——基于用户调研数据分析

摘要
本文基于用户调研数据和理论分析,研究Web2.0环境下档案虚拟社区用户的交互需求动因、交互需求特征,探讨不同用户群体的交互行为规律。最后从开展可视化个性跟踪服务、挖掘和开发用户知识资源和构建用户认知语境三个视角,研讨深化和拓展档案虚拟社区交互服务和知识共享。
Abstract
The paper analyses archive virtual community users’ interactive demand reasons, interactive demand characters and discusses on the interactive behavior rules of different user groups under Web2.0 based on the users’ investigation data and theoretical analysis. Finally, Discussion on deepening and expanding the interactive services and knowledge sharing of archive virtual community from three perspectives: developing visual personality tracking service, mining and developing user knowledge resources, constructing user cognitive context.
