基于ISO 9000的档案数字资源质量管理分析及术语释义

摘要

ISO 9000标准主要是针对实体产品质量而提出的一种管理手段,其核心是通过过程控制,对影响产品质量的各个环节进行检测、纠错、改进,实现风险防范,达到质量管理目标。本文在分析虚拟产品—档案数字资源定义、属性和质量要求的基础上,探讨了该标准对虚拟产品进行质量管理的适用性,界定了具有档案数字资源特色的质量管理术语的内涵和外延,为未来数字档案馆的质量管理体系构建奠定了基础。

Abstract

ISO 9000 standard is a kind of method for quality management in physical products. The quality management can be realized by process control in all production process,such as testing, correction and improvement. Based on the analysis of the definition, attributes and quality requirements of archival digital resources, the paper studies the virtual product suited for ISO 9000 standard. And then, as foundation to quality management of digital archives, it is put forward the connotation and extension of quality management terms with archival digital resources feature.
