摘要

从绩效评价的目的、公共档案馆的职能、档案法的相关规定、信息服务社会化的特点等方面入手,分析、总结、归纳出公共档案馆信息服务社会化绩效评价的指标维度是：开放程度、资源建设、技术水平、服务效果。

关键词：信息服务社会化绩效评价指标维度

Abstract

To structure the indicators dimension of public archives for the socialization of information service, the paper suggests that the study should start from the following aspects: evaluation objective, the characteristics of public archives, the function of public archives, and the characteristics of the socialization information service, archives regulations. This paper summarizes the indicators dimension - opening degree, resource construction, archives management, exploitation and utilization.
