论社交媒体信息的档案化鉴定

摘要

社交媒体信息档案化鉴定与传统鉴定不同,要求以“开放”为中心思想、以“信息”为基本对象、以“价值”为主要内容、以“标记”为首要举措,强调社交媒体用户和社会公众的参与,且其鉴定原则、程序、标准、工具也有所变化。

Abstract

The archival appraisal of social media information is different from the traditional appraisal. It requires “open” as the main idea, the “information” as the basic object, the “value” as the primary content and “tagging” as the first step. It emphasizes the participation of social media user and the public. Also, its principles, procedures, standards and tools has changed.
