关于国家数字档案资源整合与服务机制顶层设计的初步思考

摘要

针对当前我国档案资源数字化建设过程中缺少从国家层面顶层规划的现状,构建出“国家数字档案资源整合与服务机制的顶层设计方案”。并在该顶层设计方案理念的指导下,建立由“国家数字档案资源调查方案、整合模式、服务机制、保障体系”所组成的、具有普适性的国家数字档案资源整合与服务的框架,旨在支持国家档案信息化水平的整体提升。

Abstract

Aimed at the present situation that the process of digital construction of archives resources lacks of national top-level planning, a top-level design of integration and services mechanism of national digital archives resources is constructed. And under the guidance of this idea, the universal frame of integration and services mechanism of national digital archives resources is built, which consists of national archives investigation plan, integration mode, service mechanism, security system, in the hope of supporting the overall improvement of the level of national archives information.
