摘要

历史档案在维护国家总体安全、促进经济发展、满足公众文化需求以及服务学术研究等方面有着重要的现实意义。随着时代的变化,档案工作形势也在变化,在新时期开发利用历史档案,既要注重传统的开发利用方式,也要积极发展新兴的开发利用方式。档案工作者应该树立主动服务、不断创新的思维和协同合作意识,同时在工作中注意对历史档案原件的保护,始终做好“新时期”历史档案的开发利用工作。

Abstract

Historical archives have important practical significance in safeguarding the state’s overall security, promoting economic development, meeting the needs of public culture, and serving the academic research. With the change of the times, the archives work situation is also changing. In the new period, exploiting and utilizing the historical archives not only should pay attention to the traditional way, but also should actively develop new ways. Furthermore, archives workers should set up the consciousness of active service, continuous innovation and cooperation, and pay more attention to the protection of the original historical archives, and finally do the exploitation and utilization work of “new period” historical archives well.
