对推进机关档案文化建设的思考

本文阐述了新时期档案文化建设的内涵,分析了机关档案文化管理的现状及存在的问题,提出了机关档案文化建设的策略。

Abstract

This paper explains the connotation of archival culture construction in new era, analyzes the status quo of organization’s archival culture construction and the existing problems, based on which the strategy for organization’s archival culture construction is put forward.
