摘要

中办、国办于2014年5月印发了《关于加强和改进新形势下档案工作的意见》。文件内容紧贴“新形势下”档案工作实际,对档案工作体制机制、目标任务作出了新概括,在涉及综合档案馆职能及其与各专业档案馆之间的关系等方面赋予了新话语,对未来建设档案强国的发展路径提出了一系列新举措。

Abstract

General Office of the CPC Central Committee and General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Strengthening and Improving the Archival Work under the New Situation in May, 2014.The contents of the file is close to the reality of the archival work “under the new situation”. It makes a new summary of archival work mechanism, objectives and tasks, gives the new words in the aspects of the function orientation of comprehensive archives and its relationship with the professional archives, and puts forward a series of new initiatives on the development path for the future construction of archives power.
