改革新阶段档案公共服务转型策略探析

摘要

党的十八大,尤其是十八届三中全会做出的深化改革的决定以及十八届四中全会做出的依法治国重大决定,推动中国改革进入新的发展阶段。受此影响,整个国家与社会的治理体系与运行机制正在发生深刻改变。在此大的背景下,档案公共服务转型成为当前及未来一段时间内档案工作改革的重要内容。实现档案公共服务转型,要求我们树立新的档案公共服务理念、改革档案工作运行机制与服务方式。

关键词：档案公共服务服务理念运行机制服务方式

Abstract

The 18th CPC (The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China) has improved China’s reform into a new stage,especially proposed to deepen the reform at the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and made a big decision of rule of law at the Forth Plenary Session. As a result,the governance system and the operation mechanism of the whole country and society are undergoing profoundly changed. Under such a big background,the transformation of archival public service become an important part of archival work reform in a period of current and future. In order to realize the transformation of archival public service,archivists should set up new concepts of archival public service and reform the operation mechanism and service mode of archives work.
