计生卫生技术服务信息资源共享建设存在的问题与对策研究

摘要

本文以河南省人口和计划生育科研院为例,探讨技术服务信息资源共享建设存在的实际问题,提出建立统一的信息服务平台、建立安全的网络管理系统、建立新型的协同合作关系、建立健全各项制度等措施,促进信息资源共享建设的实现。

Abstract

Taking Henan provincial research institute for population and family planning as example, this article explores practical problems existing in information resources sharing of technical services. It proposes to establish a unified information service platform, a secure network management system, a new type relationship between cooperation and coordination, and establish and perfect various systems for the final promotion of the realizing of information resources sharing construction.
