中国档案实践话语国际传播研究：现状调查、症结分析与优化策略
Research on the International Communication of Chinese Archival Practice Discourse: Status Survey, Problem Analysis and Optimization Strategies

摘要
在全球话语竞争日益激烈的背景下，档案作为国家文化软实力的重要载体，其话语的对外表达日益成为国家形象建构与文化叙事传播的重要组成部分。本文综合运用文本分析法和文献计量法，系统梳理当前“中国档案实践话语”的档案实践、媒体和学术三条渠道的国际传播现状。研究发现，中国档案实践话语国际传播虽具备制度保障与官方主导优势，但仍面临跨文化适配性不强、本土叙事薄弱与学术支撑能力不足等多重挑战。基于现状调研得出的特点和症结分析，本文提出以下国际传播优化策略：基于本土特色档案实践经验，强化文化叙事和情感表达；发挥平台优势，构建融合化和多元化传播生态；提升知识传播的原创性，完善学术支撑路径。

Abstract
Against the backdrop of increasingly fierce global discourse competition, archives, as important carriers of China's national cultural soft power, have seen their overseas discourse expression increasingly become a core component of national image construction and cultural narrative communication. This paper comprehensively employs text analysis and bibliometric methods to systematically sort out the current international communication status of "Chinese archival practice discourse" in three channels: archival practice, media, and academia. The research finds that although the international communication of Chinese archival practice discourse has the advantages of institutional guarantee and official dominance, it still faces multiple challenges, including inadequate cross-cultural adaptability, insufficient indigenous narrative construction, and limited academic support. Based on the characteristics and problem analysis derived from the current situation investigation, this paper proposes the following optimization paths for international communication: strengthening cultural narrative and emotional expression based on China's indigenous archival practice experience with distinctive characteristics; giving full play to platform advantages to build an integrated and diversified communication ecosystem; enhancing the originality of knowledge dissemination to improve academic support paths.
