明清档案“胶转数”异质备份的质量困境与“双归零”管控策略实践探究

摘要

明清档案“胶转数”的异质备份过程，实际上是对传统珍贵历史纸质档案再一次进行介质转换的过程，其间不免需要对因时代与技术局限所带来的质量问题进行校正与补救，以确保异质备份后的电子文件档案能够与缩微胶片档案内容高度一致。因此，厘清、总结第二次异质备份转换过程中所面临的质量困境并就质量问题“双归零”管控策略进行深入探究，既有利于历史纸质档案内容经再次异质备份后仍能得到真实完整再现，又有利于相同档案内容信息在不同存储介质之间获得充分有效的转换，进而促进传统珍贵纸质档案的多介质保护与利用工作。

Abstract

The process of "digitization of microfilm" for Ming and Qing dynasty archives is essentially a re-copying process of traditional precious historical paper archives. During this process, it is inevitable to correct and remedy quality issues stemming from technological and historical limitations in order that the digitally converted electronic files could align closely with the content of the original microfilm archives. By clarifying and summarizing the quality dilemmas encountered and the corresponding management strategies during the second heterogeneous conversion, we can not only ensure that the content of historical paper archives is authentically and comprehensively preserved, but also facilitate the efficient and effective transformation of archival information across different storage media, thereby promoting the multi-media protection and utilization of traditional precious paper archives.
