电子文件归档管理与知识服务的冲突及理论思考

摘要
在知识服务背景下，电子文件服务的信息粒度从文件向更细颗粒度的内容转变。然而，电子文件归档管理过程中呈现归档文件的非结构化以及对系统的低依赖性等特征。非结构化形式弱化了电子文件在业务系统中的数据化与语义化程度；对系统的低依赖性则可能削弱甚至消除原生系统的数据关联，导致后续档案知识服务在信息与知识组织层面的异化，进而引发电子文件归档管理与知识服务的冲突。冲突的原因在于目标不同带来的思维差异以及信息系统的不连续性等。如何通过计算思维的嵌入、新技术应用的制度匹配以及利益相关者的协同消解冲突是数智时代档案人需要思考的新问题。

Abstract
In the context of knowledge services, the information granularity of electronic records services has changed from documents to detailed content. However, electronic records archiving management presents the characteristics of unstructured archiving format and low dependence on the system. Unstructured format weakens the degree of datafication and semantics of electronic documents in the business system; low dependency on the system may weaken or even eliminate the data association of the original system, resulting in the alienation of the follow-up archival knowledge service at the level of information and knowledge organization，which in turn leads to the conflict between electronic document archiving management and knowledge services. The reasons for the conflicts can be attributed to the thinking differences caused by different goals and the discontinuity of the information system. How to alleviate conflicts through the embedding of computational thinking, the institution matching of new technology applications and the collaboration of stakeholders is a new problem that archivists need to think about in the era of digital intelligence.
