摘要

档案行动主义深受行动主义影响，它描述了一种开放参与式的档案实践方法，有助于丰富档案馆藏资源、维护记忆真实完整。文章采用内容分析法，在对研究视角、所属范畴进行编码分类后，明确档案行动主义的概念边界并梳理其历史发展脉络；发现档案行动主义肇始于后工业文明时代行动主义的内省、发端于津恩等学者对档案行动主义者的推崇、成长于社群建档和公正存档的倡导；从“社会—机构—个人”视角提出档案行动主义的六种核心内涵，指出其在社会实践中的具体表现形式。由于政治体制、社会环境、文化背景、行动目标的差异，在借鉴档案行动主义思想时还应冷静批判：警惕核心理念适用的单一化，谨慎质疑档案工作的中立性，重审档案职业的角色定位，需要考虑中西方文化的差异。

Abstract

Archival activism is deeply influenced by activism. It describes an open and participatory archival practice method, which helps to enrich archival collections and maintain the authenticity and integrity of memory. By adopting content analysis, the paper clarifies the conceptual boundary of archival activism and sorts out its historical development after coding and categorizing the research perspectives and categories. It is found that archival activism originated from the introspection of activism in the post-industrial civilization era, from Zinn's admiration of archival activists, and grew up in the advocacy of community archiving and fair archiving. And from the perspective of "society-institution-individual", six core connotations and concrete manifestations in social practice are put forward. Due to the differences in political system, social environment, cultural background, and action goals, it is necessary to criticizecalmly: be alert to the simplification of core concepts, cautiously question the neutrality of archival work, re-examine the role of archival profession, and consider the differences between Chinese and Western cultures.
