单轨制模式下电子档案长期保存的关键问题研究

摘要

单轨制模式下,建立电子档案库房、配备专门的电子档案库管员是档案长期保存业务顺利开展的关键。本文在分析电子档案长期保存面临的潜在风险和安全问题基础上,针对单轨制模式下电子档案的长期保存、过程管控和生态环境建设要求,从电子档案的可信存储、安全访问和规范使用三个维度,探究电子档案库房建设的技术平台和电子档案分库管理的存储模型,为电子档案的电子化可信管理提供思路和方法。

Abstract

Under the electronic single track system, the key of the new digital archives construction is to equip the electronic archives keeper and establish the electronic archives repository. Based on the analysis of the potential risks and security problems faced by the long-term preservation of electronic archives, combined with the requirements of the long-term preservation, process management control and ecological environment construction of electronic archives under the single track system, this paper studies and puts forward the technical platform for the construction of electronic archives repository and the storage model for the sub database management of electronic archives from the three dimensions of trusted storage, safe access and standardized use of electronic archives. It is aimed to provide ideas and methods for the credible management of electronic archives.
