摘要
智能时代背景下,档案的开发利用从物理智慧跨入数据智慧。档案工作在从物理档案的保管向数字档案的开发利用转型的过程中,表现出从业务连续到数字连续到智慧连续过渡的特征,以及由保管导向到价值导向发展的趋势。基于此,本文提出智慧档案2.0体系,具体分为面向管理对象的智慧档案数据、面向开发手段的智慧档案技术、面向价值发现的智慧档案服务三个子体系。该体系旨在通过数据方面的细粒度组织、语义化关联、资产化留存,技术方面的数据处理、数据感知、内容分析,服务方面的多维度呈现、个性化推送、精准化查询等,最终实现更高阶的档案资源开发利用和档案价值发挥呈现。

Abstract
Under the background of the intelligent era, the development and utilization of archives has moved from physical intelligence to data intelligence. In the process of transformation from the storage of physical archives to the development and utilization of digital archives, archives work has shown the characteristics of transition from business continuity to digital continuity and to intelligent continuity, and the trend of development from storage-oriented to value-oriented. Based on this, the article proposes the smart archives 2.0 system, which is divided into three sub-systems: smart archives data for management objects, smart archives technology for development methods, and smart archives services for value discovery. In terms of data, fine-grained organization, semantic association, and asset retention should be completed. In terms of technology, data processing, data perception, and content analysis should be performed. In terms of services, multi-dimensional presentation, personalized push, and precise query should be realized. Through the above-mentioned methods, a higher level of archives resource development and utilization and archives value display can be achieved.
