用户画像视域下智能化档案信息服务：现状、价值、运行逻辑与优化路径

摘要

大数据时代充分挖掘发现用户的偏好、特征、需求等全貌信息有助于提升档案信息服务水平,而嵌入用户画像能精准捕捉用户信息、科学预测信息需求,为档案馆开展智能化档案信息服务提供方向。文章梳理了当前档案信息服务的研究现状,对用户画像视域下智能化档案信息服务开展的价值进行了充分的阐释,结合档案用户画像特征,分析了智能化档案信息服务开展的运行逻辑,并提出了智能化档案信息服务开展的优化路径,以满足用户个性化档案信息需求,实现高质量、智能化档案信息服务。

Abstract

：In the era of big data, fully mining and discovering users' preferences, characteristics, needs and other comprehensive information will help to improve the service level of archival information. The embedded user portrait can accurately capture users' information and scientifically predict information demand, so as to provide direction for archives to carry out intelligent archives information service. This paper reviews the current research status of archives information service and fully explains the value of intelligent archives information service from the perspective of user portrait. Simultaneously, it analyzes the operation logic of the intelligent archives information service combined with the characteristics of archives users' portrait. Finally, in order to meet the needs of users' personalized archive information and realize high-quality intelligent archive information service, this paper proposes an optimization path for development of intelligent archives information service.
