公众参与少数民族档案文献资源建设的行动分析模型

摘要

公众参与意识在社会转型和文化变迁中的日益凸显,促进了我国社会档案文献资源建设理念和模式的创新与发展。传统的自上而下、单一主体的管理模式使民族档案文献资源建设成效有限。引入公众参与共治模式与理念,从资源条件、参与主体、原则与方法、机制及模式等维度构建公众参与建设模型并展开分析,以期通过实证研究来探析公众参与在档案文献资源建设中的可行思路。

Abstract

：The awareness of public participation is increasingly prominent in the social transformation and cultural change, which promotes the innovation and development of the concept and mode of the construction of social archives and literature resources in China. The traditional top-down and single-subject management mode makes the construction of national archives and literature resources limited. This paper introduces the mode and concept of public participation and co-governance, constructs and analyzes the model of public participation management from the dimensions of resource conditions, participants, principles and methods, mechanism and modes. This desires to explore the feasible ideas of public participation management in the construction of archives and literature resources through empirical research.
