数字档案资源社会化开发模式及其培育路径研究

摘要

数字档案资源社会化开发模式包括众人模式和社群模式。众人模式是基于弱联系建构的模式,参与者之间一般没有关联或关联不大,所要实现的目标是组织者所设定的。社群模式是基于一群有关联的成员之间的强联系而形成的模式,即一群有着强联系的成员组成了一个社群,他们共同去完成特定的任务。这两种模式在参与主体、参与动机、实现目标及结构或过程等方面各具特色。要促进数字档案资源社会化的开展,需要培育众人模式,包括设置任务粒度小的开发任务,建立认可和反馈机制,并采取措施增强参与者对项目的黏度,同时也需要采取线上和线下两种途径培育社群模式。

Abstract

：The socialized exploitation model of digital archival resources consists of crowd model and community model. Crowd model is based on weak ties, in which participants generally have no connection or little connection and the goal of the exploitation is set by the organizers. Community model is based on strong ties, in which the members form a community and they are united to accomplish a specific task. The two models are different in the roles of participants, participation motivation, goals and structures as well as process. In order to promote the development of socialized exploitation of digital archival resources, it is necessary to encourage the crowd to participate, including setting up micro tasks, constructing recognition and feedback mechanisms, and enhancing the connection between participants and projects. At the same time, online and offline methods can also be adopt to cultivate community model.
