大数据时代档案数据治理研究

摘要

档案数据是国家经济和社会发展的战略性信息资源,在国家治理现代化、政府治理重塑、社会政策优化、公共服务提升等各项工作中发挥着基础信息支撑作用,开展档案数据治理研究具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。本文在分析档案数据治理研究动态的基础上,探析了档案数据治理内涵,提出从档案数据质量控制、整合集成、共享利用、安全保障与运行机制等方面构建大数据时代的档案数据治理体系,指导档案数据治理实践,实现档案数据善治。

Abstract

：Archival data is a strategic information resource for national economic and social development. It plays a basic information supporting role in the modernization of national governance, reconstruction of government governance, optimization of social policies and promotion of public services and other work. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out the research on archival data governance. Based on the analysis of the research trends of archival data governance, this paper analyzes the connotation of archival data governance, and puts forward the construction of archival data governance system in big data era from the aspects of archival data quality control, integration, sharing, security and operation mechanism, so as to guide the practice of archival data governance and realize the good governance of archival data.
