摘要
本文从国家档案信息资源战略安全的角度,分别论述运用网格技术和WAP技术解决档案信息传递的整体思路与遗留问题;提出并着重阐释应用量子通信技术实现档案(保密)信息传递的技术构想,建议相关科研管理部门对中试研究给予充分考虑。
Abstract
From the perspective of strategic security of national archival information resources, this paper discusses respectively the general blueprint of using Grid and WAP technology to facilitate archival information delivery. Also, this paper proposes and elaborates on the technical conceptions of using quantum communication technology to confidentially deliver archive information,the pilot-scale study of which, as suggested in the paper, should be fully considered by all related scientific management departments.
