摘要

“互联网+档案”应是当前档案服务发展的目标。应在了解档案部门实际状况与档案用户痛点问题的基础上,以“四重境界”精益迭代模式推进“互联网+档案”建设,并应用霍尔三维模型生成“互联网+档案”建设策略体系。

Abstract

The“Internet+archives”should be the goal of archives service development. Based on the current situation of archives and pain points of archives users,we should advance the construction of“Internet+ Archives”with the“quadruple realm”lean and iterative model, and apply the Hall three-dimensional model to generate a“Internet+archives”construction strategy system.
