摘要

档案保护标准体系构建的研究,是档案保护可持续发展的重大问题之一。本文在对档案保护标准梳理的基础上,分析了现有档案保护标准的内容、范围、颁布实施及应用情况,根据档案保护全流程及主要工作,从预防性保护和治理性保护的角度,提出了今后档案保护标准建设基本框架和发展趋势。

Abstract

The research on the construction of standard system is one of the major issues of sustainable development of archives preservation. Based on summarizing the archives preservation standards, their contents, scopes, promulgation and implementation as well as application are analyzed in this article. What’ more, Combining the overall preservation processes and major tasks, the basic framework and development trend of construction of archives preservation standards in the future are put forward from the perspective of preventive conservation and rescuing conservation.
