摘要

文章通过分析EMS寄递高校毕业生档案的流转安全风险因素,首次全面、系统地构建了由4个一级指标和14个二级指标构成的EMS寄递高校毕业生档案流转安全风险评价指标体系,将AHP（层次分析法）与多级可拓理论有机结合,构建了EMS寄递高校毕业生档案的流转安全风险多级可拓评价理论模型。以西安某邮政速递物流有限公司为例,应用该理论模型对该企业EMS寄递高校毕业生档案的流转安全风险进行了实证评价研究,得出了该企业毕业生档案流转安全风险等级为Ⅱ级的评价结果,与企业实际安全状况相符。文章为我国高校毕业生档案流转安全风险评价提供一种方法,对于预防和控制EMS寄递高校毕业生档案的流转安全风险具有较强的实用性,也为我国高校毕业生档案流转安全的深入研究提供参考。

Abstract

By analyzing the safety risk factors of college graduates’archives transfer by EMS, the article for the first time comprehensively and systematically builds the EMS risk assessment index system of college graduates’filing by 4 first-level indicators and 14 second-level indicators. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and multi-level extension theory are combined organically to build a multi-level extension evaluation theory model of EMS transfer of college graduates archives. Taking Xi’an Post Express Logistics Co., Ltd. as an example, this paper makes an empirical study on the safety risk of the transfer of college graduates’archives by using this theoretical model. The conclusion is that the safety risk level of archives transfer of college graduates is Level Ⅱ Evaluation results, consistent with the actual state of enterprise security. The article provides a method for evaluating the safety risk of college graduates’ file transfer, which is of great practicability for preventing and controlling the transfer safety risk of college graduates’archives. It also provides an in-depth study on the safety of college graduates’ archives transfer as reference.
