摘要

“互联网+”时代“跨界融合与连接一切”的特点,引领着档案事业的改革与发展—— 在参与其他部门、行业和领域的协同合作中转变服务方式和创新发展理念。以组织机构为视角,面向管理流程改造,是内部档案部门参与其他职能部门协同合作的第一次服务转型。以公民社会为视角,面向公共服务集成,是公共档案部门参与其他公共服务机构协同合作的第二次服务转型。以文化自信为视角,面向文化强国战略,是国家档案事业参与其他文化管理部门协同合作的第三次服务转型。

Abstract

The features of“cross-border integration and connection of all”in the“Internet +”era lead that archives utility must change the way of service and the idea of innovative development in the coordination with other departments, industries and fields. From the perspective of the organization, and facing the improvement of management process, it is the first service transformation for the internal archives departments to participate in the coordination with other functional departments. From the perspective of civil society, and facing the integration of public services, it is the second service transformation for the public archives departments to participate in the cooperation with other public service institutions. From the perspective of cultural self-confidence, and facing the strategy of powerful country in culture, it is the third service transformation for the national archives utility to participate in the cooperation with other cultural management departments.
