宋代文书档案违法的刑事处罚研究
The Criminal Penalty on the Illegality of the Record and Archives in the Song Dynasty

摘要
宋代将各种文书档案违法纳入刑罚体系,依据违法主体、对象及后果的不同处以不同的刑事处罚。宋代文书档案违法的刑罚种类包括了《宋刑统》中所确立的死刑、流刑、徒刑、杖刑等5种及宋代的编管、配隶。
Abstract
The Song Dynasty brought all kinds of illegality of the record and archives into the system of punishment and gave the illegality discrepant criminal penalty in accordance with the different offenses,objects and the sequels.The kinds of the criminal penalty in the Song Dynasty included the death penalty, the banishment,the gaol sentences,the punishment of flogging, the whipping,‘transportation and surveillance’（编管）and ‘banishing as a militaryservant’（配隶）.
