民国时期文书档案人员的变迁探析

摘要

民国成立后,包括文书档案人员在内的行政官吏的选用就成为文官制度讨论和实施的一项重要决策。将文书档案人员置身于民国数十年的历史场景中,对之称谓、选用、职掌、员额等进行具体的、连续的、不同历史阶段的述论,勾勒其变迁的来龙去脉,以便能客观地反映其在时代变迁中的地位和作用,俾能有益于历史文书档案人员的研究。

Abstract

After the establishment of the Republic of China, the selection of administrative officials, including documents and archives personnel, had become an important decision in the discussion and implementation of the civil service system. Taking documents and archives personnel in the historical scenes of the Republic of China for decades, this paper discusses the specific, continuous, different historical stages of the appellation, the selection, the charge, and the number, and outlines the context of its changes, to objectively reflects its status and role as time goes by, which can be useful for the study of historical documents and archives personnel.
