摘要

档案治理作为国家治理的重要组成部分,其理论研究尤为必要。本文在“规范意识”的引导下,以理论与实践融合为视角,从探讨档案治理的理论根基入手,分析档案治理的现实依据和档案治理与档案事业现代化的互进关系,考察档案治理研究的难点,提出应对之策,同时指出需要构建档案治理理论框架。

Abstract

Archives governance as an important part of national governance, the relevant theoretical research is very necessary. Under the guidance of “normative consciousness”, from the angle of integration of theory and practice, this paper begins with the theoretical foundation of archives governance, analyzes the reality basis of archives governance and the mutual relationship between archives governance and archives modernization, studies the difficulties of archives governance research, puts forward the countermeasures, and points out the need to construct the theoretical framework of archives governance.
