摘要

档案社交媒体的发展顺应了信息技术和数据时代的趋势,为用户提供个性的、知识的、集成的信息服务。本文首先介绍了社交媒体影响力的概念,再选取具有代表性的微信、新浪微博平台从账号类型、地域分布和影响力三个方面进行了调查分析,总结档案机构在不同平台上提供信息服务所呈现出的不同特点,指明档案机构的发展方向。最后分别从制定管理规范、优化资源内容、挖掘平台价值和关注用户需求四个方面总结出了提高影响力的对策。

Abstract

The development of archival social media conforms to the trend of information technology and the era of big data, which provides personal, intellectual and integrated service to users. This paper firstly introduces the concept of social media influence. Then the author investigates two typical platforms: WeChat and Sina Microblog from the perspectives of account type, geographical distribution and influence. Meanwhile, the thesis analyzes the characteristics of different platforms and indicate the direction of development. Finally, the paper lists four countermeasures including developing management standards, optimizing resource contents, mining social media platform value and focusing on users’ demands.
