裴桐档案业务管理思想研究

摘要

裴桐是新中国档案事业的开拓者与领导人,是档案界的“三老”之一。他在半个多世纪的工作实践和学术研究中形成了自己的档案业务管理理论,值得我们借鉴与学习。而他在档案工作和研究中体现出来的思想意识、工作方法还有个人作风,对当今的档案工作者也仍具有启示意义。

Abstract

Pei Tong is the pioneer and leader of archival undertaking of new China. He is one of the ‘Three Olds’ in Chinese Archives field. He formed his own thoughts of archival business management in working practice and academic research during more than half a century, which are worthy of our reference and study. His ideologies, working methods and personal style in his work are still have impact on today's archivists.
