困境与出路：我国档案信息资源规划之理性思考

摘要

档案信息资源规划是档案信息资源开发和利用工作的出发点,是档案资源信息化的基本前提。本文通过对档案信息资源规划价值取向和管理体制的理性思考,发现其价值取向偏差及管理体制错位等现实困境,提出了树立正确的价值取向,打破局馆合一的管理体制,规划多元的信息开发模式等档案信息资源规划的路径。

Abstract

Archives information resource planning is the starting point of the exploitation and utilization of archives information resources,which is the basic prerequisite for the informatization of archives resources. Based on the rational thinking on the value orientation and management system of archival information resource planning, this paper discovers the realistic dilemma of its value orientation deviation and management system dislocation, and puts forward the ideas of establishing the correct value orientation, breaking the current management system, planning the multiple information development models and other archives information resource planning paths.
