摘要

政府电子文件归档中,预接收活动主要开展涉及政府归档电子文件的结构、背景及其内在关联的知识组织,是保证电子文件元数据高质量组织的关键环节。参照国内外政府电子文件接收实践,本文设计了通用政府电子文件预接收模块GPM,并深入分析了其业务流程、功能,及其应用中的参考依据、职能分工,应用说明、更新。

Abstract

Pre-ingest process is the key activity to guarantee the high quality of electronic records metadata organization, which is related to the structure context and internal relationships of archiving government electronic records. According to the practice of government electronic pre-ingest, the paper designs the General Pre-ingest Module（GPM）and explores its processes, functions and applications, such as application reference, function division, specification and updates.
