大数据视野下档案信息化建设的新思考

摘要

伴随着信息技术的发展,档案信息的数据化已取得了良好的进展,大数据技术在档案管理中的应用也进入一个新的发展时期。面向日益增长的海量档案数据,为了促进档案数据的深度挖掘,促使档案管理走向精细化,本文分析档案数据区别于大数据的特点,提出挖掘档案数据的大数据“富矿”价值,并进一步分析大数据环境下档案信息化建设中存在的机遇及挑战,探讨在档案信息化建设中存在的新方向及新应用。

Abstract

With the development of information technology, the archival data digitization has made good progress, and also the application of big data technology in archives management has entered a new development period. Facing massive digital archives data increasing, in order to promote the depth of mining archival data and make archives management to fine management, this thesis analyzes the characteristics of digital archives data from big data perspective and the rich value of mining archives data. Furthermore, it analyzes the opportunities and challenges of the presence archival information construction work in the big data environment and explore the new direction and application in the construction of archival information.
