档案部门参与我国传统村落档案工作的方式——档案部门与传统村落合作关系建构探析

摘要

传统村落档案工作是我国传统村落保护与发展工作的重要内容,我国各级档案部门和传统村落作为其两大行为主体需要建构合作关系,实现传统村落档案的共建共享。文章从我国传统村落内涵及专业档案管理在我国传统村落调查建档类工作中的缺失两方面分析了建构合作关系的必要性,并探析了档案部门协助传统村落自治档案、将传统村落档案接收进馆和推动传统村落记忆数字化几种合作关系的建构,强调传统村落档案资源与权利的配置,呼吁专业档案工作者的角色从行政官员型向辅导员型转变,从档案实体保管者向数字保管者转变。

Abstract

The archival work is an important part of Chinese traditional villages protection and development. The Chinese traditional village and archival departments at all levels need to cooperate to preserve and share the Chinese traditional villages archives. The paper analyzes the necessity of the construction of the cooperative relationship,discusses the construction of several relationships,including archival departments assisting local autonomy,receiving archives and promoting digital memory,and emphasizes the configuration of archive resources and rights. Finally, it calls for the archivists roles transformation from formal archive officials to mentors,from physical archives keepers to digital resources preservers.
